StudioTrack Cookie Policy
Last Updated: October 21, 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Websites can also keep information in your browser’s own storage. This page lists everything StudioTrack stores or reads on your device, why, and for how long. It covers this website (studiotrack.io) and the StudioTrack web app (app.studiotrack.io), including each studio’s public pages. Our iPhone and Android apps are covered by our Privacy Policy instead. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information more generally.
The short version
- This website (studiotrack.io) sets only one cookie: the one that remembers your cookie choice, once you make it.
- The app uses cookies only to keep you signed in, keep payments safe, protect the service, and remember a few of your choices.
- We use no advertising cookies, and no one tracks you across sites for advertising.
- Remembering studios you’ve visited runs only if you allow it. Analytics runs in the United States unless you turn it off, and everywhere else only if you allow it. We ask on your first visit, and you can change your choice any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page, or in your account menu when you’re signed in to the app.
- Our analytics counts page views without cookies, and stays off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, even if you allowed it.
Strictly necessary
These make the service work, keep it secure, or do something you asked for. The service can’t work properly without them, so they aren’t optional.
| Name | Set by | What it does | When | How long |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token (may be split into .0, .1, …) | StudioTrack | Keeps you signed in. | Only after you sign in | Until you sign out (up to 400 days) |
| sb-…-auth-token-code-verifier | StudioTrack | Completes sign-up, Google sign-in, a password reset or an email change securely. | Only when you start one of those | Removed when that step completes in this browser; otherwise up to 400 days |
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid, and cookies inside Stripe’s secure card frames | Stripe (our payment processor) | Fraud prevention for card payments. Stripe does not use these for advertising. | Only when a form to add or enter a card is open | 1 year / 30 minutes |
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare, for our database and storage provider (Supabase) | Tells people from automated bots. | When the app talks to Supabase — signing in, loading your account, or showing studio images | 30 minutes |
| kiosk_session | StudioTrack | Keeps a studio’s front-desk check-in kiosk signed in. | Only on a studio’s kiosk device | 24 hours |
| st:session-cart:… (stored on your device) | StudioTrack | Keeps the classes you picked while you sign in to check out. | Only when you add something to a session cart | Emptied when you check out; the empty entry stays until you clear your browser storage |
| bulkFee:unconfirmed:… (stored on your device) | StudioTrack | For studio staff: stops a fee for several clients being submitted twice. | Only while staff add a fee to several clients | Until that fee is saved, or the tab is closed |
| dashboard_active_org, dashboard_active_location | StudioTrack | For studio staff: remembers which studio and location you chose to work in. | Only in the studio dashboard | Up to 30 days |
| notification_read_ids, schedule:… (stored on your device) | StudioTrack | Remembers which notifications you have read and how you set up the schedule view. | Only in your account or the studio dashboard | Until you clear your browser storage (the schedule view: until you close the tab) |
| st_consent | StudioTrack | Remembers your cookie choices, on this site and in the app. | Once you make a choice | 6 months — then we ask again (sooner if we add a new kind of cookie) |
Preferences (only if you allow them)
These make the app more convenient but aren’t needed for it to work, so we use them only if you allow Preferences.
| Name | Set by | What it does | When | How long |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| studiotrack:recent_studios (stored on your device) | StudioTrack | Remembers the studios you have visited, so you can get back to them. | Only when you are signed in AND have allowed Preferences | Until you clear your browser storage, or turn Preferences off (it is then removed) |
Analytics
In the United States, Analytics is on unless you turn it off — with “Reject all” on the banner, or in Cookie settings. Everywhere else it is off unless you allow it.
When it is on, the StudioTrack app uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, so we can see which parts of the service are used and improve them. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visits are counted with a code that changes every day, so it can’t follow you from one day to the next or across other websites. We remove sign-in links and other private details from the addresses it records. It is never loaded once you have turned it off (for as long as that choice lasts — 6 months, then we ask again), outside the United States until you allow it, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. This website (studiotrack.io) uses no analytics.
Advertising
We don’t use advertising or marketing cookies, tracking pixels, or session recording, and we don’t sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Managing cookies
Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page (or in your account menu when you’re signed in to the app) to change what you allow; your choice applies on this site and in the app. You can also block or delete cookies, and clear stored information, in your browser’s settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies you won’t be able to sign in or pay for bookings.
Changes
We update this page whenever we add or remove a cookie. If we add a new kind that needs your consent, we will ask you again before using it.
